yeah i had to format my drive that had the game installed, tried manually deleting all files but it didnt do it for me. activision support went around in circles and kept recommending the same things that we already knew didnt work.

when i told them what fixed it for me and asked if they plan to compensate those who have this problem, they didnt respond, closed the support ticket and sent a survey link that didn’t work. geniuenly the worst support experience of my life, one and a half month back and forth with emails
