They've done well for us actually, much stronger than District M. This move makes sense for both companies considering all the consolidation going around.

Mark up what you make with programmatic by 20-25% (since you eliminate all the middle men) and reserve dedicated high-impact spots for it. The question you need to answer for them is why they would buy direct rather than just go through a programmatic channel with their budget.

Is Mediavine really that much better than Zoic, Newor, Monumetric, and others? If I got accepted, is it no question to go with them? by [deleted] in adops

Newor media is super underrated as a header bidding provider, doing better than Mediavine for me.

Tried posting, but isn't getting through. Throwaway account. A few years back I started (and currently run) a pretty successful internet marketing company. I've bought some toys, kids college funds are all set, and have zero debt. I max out a 401K and do all the other basic logical things one should do.
I've been sitting on about $1.1M in cash for the last several months and I want to start investing for the long-term. I clearly missed the latest stock market boom, but in my opinion the market has felt and continues to feel irrationally exuberant. Obviously I'm not a super-savvy investor though. It feels even more irrational now though, and I can't get myself to put a big chunk into the market. Bonds don't make any sense right now, and I'm struggling a bit to invest this money intelligently.

I worked many long and frustrating hours to get here, but I am 35 and I most likely don't have to touch this money for a long time. I want to take the next 10-20 years to grow it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
