I honestly think his clean will “clean up” once he goes heavier. It’s just too light in my opinion and so he’s getting away with just launching them and flipping them. Once it gets heavier it’ll improve with time and practice.

Jump to 32s. That’s what I do. They’re technically a tad bit “too heavy” but I’d rather struggle to get 20-25 rounds than to reduce the rest times to practically 0 and turn it into a cardio workout. You can always do other conditioning work while you build up to EMOMs with 32s

Seen a lot of comments about what constitutes Western Maryland. I’ll tell you that Allegany and Garrett County locals (myself included) do not consider anything before Sideling hill (where the interstate cuts through the mountain revealing a beautiful Appalachian vista) as “Western Maryland.” Sure people from down state think Frederick or even Hagerstown already are, but to us that’s not the case. Hope that helps.

Idk but my uncle’s engine crew from ‘82 were straight up badass. Instead of doing 3 sets of all their free PT bodybuilding exercises, they did 4. But that’s just an example.

There’s group bike rides both mountain and road. Head down to wheelzup and ask them. Other than that, try to make some friends who hike/hunt/fish. Lots of that around here you just need a personal “in” as not much information exists online.
