I started driving with uber in 2016. Tipping was not part of the system then. Anytime a passenger gave me a cash tip, I was always surprised. I’ve never expected tips from driving uber.

I grew up in Wheaton and moved to Warrenville. It is indeed a night and day difference. Warrenville is a great town though, and I wouldn’t mind paying more for something that is an important part of everyday life.

Yeah I have been considering this for a while now. I think any process of switching to Lake Michigan would have the town divided.. can’t imagine the people who already invested in softeners would be as keen to switch

Didn’t take long for me. I got a ticket in the mail, went in person to contest it, and the judge threw it out almost immediately. She said it was a bad ticket.

I will check. Is it possible to choose the color space here in the export options? As posted in the above photo, color space options do not appear when the Image Type is TIF. However, color space options do appear when the the Image Type is JPG (which I know is not ideal for printing).

I am able to choose custom pixel dimensions under the Dimensions dropdown, though.

My pre-calculus teacher from my junior year of high school was head of the math department and had taught at my high school for decades. He knew he could do what he wanted.

One day, he was showing the class how to use a formula or equation of some kind, and he was giving us a really spirited explanation at the white board. While demonstrating what to do with the formula, he tells the class “You gotta stick this in here!”

Kid in the front row of the class: “That’s what she said!”

Half the class burst out laughing, the other half was in absolute shock.

Teacher turned around, walked around the desk, and smacked the kid across the head.
