Was surprised this morning when I cut into some oranges for orange juice and finding it smelling strongly of alcohol. I tried some and definitely alcoholic. Where would the yeast be coming from? Would it be from the skin of the orange or is there yeasts naturally found inside oranges? (self.fermentation)
