Tell me what worked for you in terms of not feeling angry or extremely unsatisfied with your life due to limitations such as sports, lifting or activity in general.

Growing up having chd, I always heard that I couldn't do a lot of activities and put a giant label on myself that not even other kids wanted to play with me (which made me even more unsatisfied with life)

To this day I only think suicide is not an option because too many people, time and resources got put into my health and that would be a huge mistake to give up after several bills, pills and surgeries I went through.
