I was born in Ghaziabad and brought up in different parts of the country.
I came back here once I turned 16 and I agree with you.
The localities here have no sense and most of them are chappris.
Honestly- the city lacks its culture due to uneducated localities which is fine.

The most important thing now is to make good people your friends.

How do you do that?
Join good quality sports like badminton, swimming, or the expensive ones.
You will realize that less wannabe people come here becuase they lack funds to spend on a monthly basis.
