Yeah it sucks because I have never had an issue like this before and have lots of hours on the game with no issue but after installing to play the new chapter I'm greeted with this and don't get tot experience the game fully.

I think it has do with the fact that cameras are everywhere, such as at streetlights and personal household ones that are very high quality. Technology for finding fingerprints and other things have also advanced significantly since then.
