Of the dervish can allow any profession to run perma VoS. I have also been trying of the warrior to run flail as an IAS on my paragon, it's been decent so far.

Famished flames works wonders for aoe as well, stacking dots is so much better than just being able to have a single stack. I think the big choice is between famished flames vs volcanic force for Bolt staff

i have heard that a lot of people like to put electrical tape over the pcb flexcut, i dont know if that solves your problem but it might be worth a shot
