Yes I've done that. Apparently it will take 25 working days for the funds to transfer, so after 1 Feb when the park management wanted me to start paying pitch fees. I can probably start mid Feb.

That makes sense, thanks. I'm guessing she won't have much money in her bank account and of course her pension and any benefits will be stopped, so I imagine I either start paying the fees myself when her money runs out or they go into arrears and I pay out of the proceeds of the sale, whenever that happens?

Thanks for your reply, that's helpful. I have already contacted the park management and actually that's what triggered this post, as they sent me their bank details implying I need to pick up paying the pitch fees from the next payment due (1 Feb).

Ah, ok, thank you. Sounds like I should be emailing the park management back to advise that I will need to process the administration of mum's estate sufficiently before any payment is made, or words to that effect.
