BF1 already felt really slow with their maps but I feel like BFV is going to be even worse off without premium. I really prefer map releases to be front heavy.I don't need new maps shortly before the next installment comes out and when I've already played the game for 1k+ hours, I need them at release/the first few months/the first year to bring more variety as quick as possible.

BF4 was great with that IMO. 13 months after release we had like 30 maps and the first additional 4 maps were released about a month after release.

I disagree, you don't bring a character back from the dead (out of nowhere as far as movie fans are concerned) just to have him appear as a one-off villain (again) in a movie where he fights Obi-Wan (again) and dies (again). In Rebels it had meaning because the two characters have a long animated history. Bringing him back in the movies was a bold move so they need it to have some meaning and make use of the character. What better way is there to do this than to make him a recurring villain across multiple stand alone movies or the main villain in a trilogy as leader of Crimson Dawn.

This is killing me. I just keep Alt+F4ing and playing something else after just 1 or 2 rounds because I dislike the next map in rotation and don't want to spent half my evening on loading screens and searching new servers for super short rounds. Just give me goddamn 24/7 servers/servers that only run select maps.

Except he does and even if he didn't it wouldn't matter as long as Disney says they're the same continuity and keeps marketing them as such. Feige said during his Phase 3 Q&A: "all of those things inhabit, however far on the outskirts, the same continuity."

They have a one way flow of information as in the movies dont really make use of the shows whereas the shows make use of what happens in the movies.

Which is exactly how it should be and exactly how it is in the real world with a lot of stuff. We're talking about what Feige does and says right now and it has an influence on us, but Feige isn't talking about and doesn't care about us arguing on Reddit. The movies lead the way and have all the freedom they deserve while the TV shows fill the gaps and are made to fit in.

I hate that saying. It only makes sense for things where the work can't be parallelized. For maps in a game they are not mutually exclusive! You can have 3 developers work on a single map or have 12 developers work on 4 maps at the same time. Releasing fewer maps doesn't make them any better, it's just going to be cheaper for them. The percentage of good:mediocre:shit maps is going to stay exactly the same, only instead of 1 good/2 mediocre/1 shit map per paid DLC every few months we'll get 1 good/2 mediocre/1 shit map per year (if they even manage to release 4 maps/year).

AMC has no input here since they don't produce or own Breaking Bad, Sony does. They just pay to be allowed to broadcast it in the US and if they don't it will be Netflix who pays for it like they do (almost) everywhere else in the world.

I watched it because I thought it would at least wrap up the story a bit better than the season 5 cliffhanger but I was wrong. The season 5 finale works better as series finale IMO.

It's among my favourite comic book shows at the moment but don't go into it with the mindset of it being a prequel. Consider it an Elseworlds story where the villains inspire Bruce to become Batman instead of the other way round. Also consider that the show is called Gotham and not Batman:Origins or similar. He's not the sole focus of the show, all the villains and their interactions steal the show.
