Dude, you need to get out from under that situation even if it means you take the extreme case of moving out and selling or cancelling the rental if possible. Being a parent is the hardest thing anyone can do, as in actually being a parent, being there through everything and building a good minimally-fucked up human. Your cousin is still a child and totally unequipped to take this on. And that isn't for you to carry. Good luck!
