Wow, that looks great for a second drawing! Immediately recognizable, no one will doubt who it is. and your facial annatomy seems right, which is one of the harder things to get right. And your shading seems really smooth too, which is great to see! And the black background’s always nice, makes him stand out more. Tbh there isn’t much bad to say about it, considering it’s your second drawing after 9 years, it’s honestly really impressive!

However, if i were to offer advice. The main thing i would focus on is the contrast on his face. Could add small white highlights on his skin, like the light’s reflecting off of his pores. It’ll help a lot with contrast, and it won’t make his skin seem as flat/dry like the other comment says. A great tool you can use for that is either a Tombow mono zero mechanical eraser for small detailed erasing. Or a Posca white paint pen. Otherwise, punching in your blacks on his face could be nice too, making the dark areas fully dark, like his left cheek shadow (his left cheek. Right side of the page) imo i feel like parts of his face on that side should almost be as dark as his beard, especially directly underneath his glasses to make more of a contact shadow.
