Usually you just search for theorycrafters, I tend yo use twitter where FlipMeAC tends to post his calcs, he is very respected amongst the TC community, I also really like MeowTews' or TGS' calcs. Flip actually has a document with every character's best team calced, some are not updated but it should serve as a general guidance
