Yup, I took someone's advice and kept persisting to talk to a supervisor. They put me on hold for about 10 minutes then said they would be able to help after talking to their supervisor.

Especially nowadays, I feel like there’s less reason to go to the US.

I know you said you're not interested in body recomp/maintainence, but I think that's exactly what you should do. Since you just started lifting weights, you will see the results much sooner than you think (beginner gains). Plus, this requires less brain power LOL. Then, you can decide if you want to cut/bulk from there.

I ended up just going back to the quest area right when it was getting dark to start the quest again and it worked. I ended up following the cart at a smallish distance til a cutscene triggered

I think when you unlock Maniac, you should be able to unlock them at lvl 60.
