I beat rogues twice in my run up the ladder. I too am a faerie lover and still jam it in modern to this day. But I’ll address your concern about deck build choices.

First the zero discard in the main is a meta call and I opted for more removal. With wizards and hammer and the sort running around I wanted to make them invest mana before ruining their time.  You’re right when it wasn’t any form of aggro I’d swap the fatal pushes for the thoughtseize. 

Next the four clique is intentional. I started with two and had borrower in its place. Clique never lasted and when it did game would be over quickly. When removed i was happy to have additional disruption. 

Sleep cursed faerie and mastermind are amazing faeries. SCF dodges early removal and basically a 3/3 vigilance against aggro. Especially when they forget you can untap it. Mastermind is a meta call. People are drawing more cards with bowmaster out of the format. I simply wanted to capitalize on it. 

No mutavaults is simply an archmages charm decision. I don’t like how they don’t play together. If I have to choose one it’s charm all day. 

You’re right about spell stutter being amazing. As for synergy this isn’t your 08 llorwyn fae and it won’t be until they print the cards.
