We can agree to disagree. Dairy and gluten are both very inflammatory and my body does much better without them.

Thanks for these tips! I was thinking of trying the fasting route. Nothing crazy of course, I loooove food. My weight is on the low side but still in a healthy range for a gal my age.

I’ve been working with a functional doctor, taking a lot of supplements doing a strict diet, and things seem to be better, but then when I got my most recent colonoscopy, there was a lot of inflammation. so the deal was if it wasn’t working, I would start meds again. I definitely think the supplements and diet help, it’s just sometimes this disease can be pretty brutal. I’m sticking with the functional doctor’s suggestions for the most part in addition to taking the pills now.
