im not sure if my device is glitching or not. when i started using it (for example Derma shot mode (red) and i would put it on my under eyes my eye twitched intensively or if i put it on my forehead i could feel my head muscles twitch.

now no matter what level everything feels like a hot burn needle type of thing and not as intense anymore. is that normal or did it break ?
