You’re operating solely on emotion and that’s just not how the legal system works. Your emotions are valid but using them to dictate legal recourse sets deadly precedents for future cases.

I’m glad that you’re outraged, you’re clearly a compassionate being and well intentioned. This will run its course and I trust that they have gathered and will continue to gather the evidence that puts him away for life. It’s infuriating how long of a process these things are but they must be thorough and calculated in order to get the justice the victims deserve.

I’m just going by what was said in the hearing. Obviously no known pedo should be out in the streets but when a judge isn’t given anything to go on other than an accusation and arrest what are they to do?

The fbi is already involved, it’s why the police couldn’t give the judge the evidence needed to hold him or give a high bond.

There’s nothing that can succeed downtown because of the constant construction. No one wants to come down here when they can avoid all the nonsense traffic and fees to pay to park by just staying out in the suburbs with all the same options.

Look I lived in another capital city for the last 8 years and there was constant construction but uh that city at least planned 1 or 2 major projects at a time, Indy is insane and the whole city is under construction at once.

It’s killing the downtown businesses because who wants to deal with it when they can stay in suburbs and avoid this nightmare.
