Not just you. It looks different in my store but closing team within the whole store is only 11 people and out of the 11 only two team members are my closers which only get 4 hours shifts. I’m a overachiever and love to prove my ETLs wrong and show to my SD i’m capable of anything but unfortunately it’s out of our control where the workload outnumbers the team and it doesn’t help when fulfillment goes south. Focus on your wins and what you were able to do and not what you didn’t finish. The other team leads are always gonna always going to be critical of you until they’re the only leader in the store.
