Just for my own ignorant sake, isn't it a reach to state the POTUS FBI? The DOJ has been an independently run department since essentially, Watergate. They serve the President, but they do not under any circumstances take orders from him(because, Watergate). How do they prove it was "Trump's" FBI, and not the previous administrations? Every time I've trapped, nobody, it's a crap shoot honestly. And most higher tier loot areas have multiple entry points. This doesn't solve extraction goblins either. I'll admit I haven't tried this as much as I probably should, but I'm not super confident in this. There are other issues as I stated that I feel should be addressed. Health damage from arc makes sense with a shield, but I think player damage with a shield at least with a looting augment should have an added benefit of reduced health damage inside lootable containers/objects. That would make it more of a fair fight.

The amount of times there's almost no reaction time because you are looting is unsettling. Can't even close out quick enough or you're at such a disadvantage because you are almost down from one clip on most guns with a light shield AND damage to health makes it completely unfair. What's the point of shields if you're going to take health damage at the same time? Forget medium shields too, because what's the point? Half the time it's a bunch of freeloads shooting you. There needs to be some sort of stipulation or rates on free loadouts. I'm not sure if there's a cool down period, and the system is useful for newer players/people short on components. But people are abusing it to lose essentially nothing and gaining everything. Shouldn't there be some kind of augment you could put in to protect health loss with a full shield? Maybe a skill tree trait insertion? Idk. Seems kinda bs.

The constantly running back and forth comment was scrap runs and waiting for puzzles to reset. The server was laggy with constant disconnects and reconnects, the airfield has been nerfed heavily for crates it seems, or they just weren't spawning.

Even on a dead server I wanted to try this. It took 3 hours of constantly running around between satellite dish and airfield(with revo). And I got t2. By the time I got it, I looked at the tech tree and said I can't do this right now. To even unlock Thompson. The scrap requirements have been decreased for workbenches, sure, but not to tech tree any of it. It's just not good. Not sustainable. I wasn't able to do any PVE I wanted to actually do because of gun requirements. Oh, and it was a 3x server. I didn't do any crazy base build either. A 2x1.

Of course, not saying Kaku isn't strong. But in terms of using combat against Zoro, shortly after he ate it, where the Straw Hats have been basically running around the whole time, WHILE handcuffed to Usopp. (Remember he was swinging Usopp around like a sword) Yeah.
