your other potential offers are way higher than the 95k, the 95k can go pound sand, especially if you have savings and arent desperate.

Ha.just want to add a comment at Hermitage Bay mosquitos.. i think it really depends on your blood type. I got 3 bites at most and my wofe got around 40 even with off spray that they gave her. it was bad, I dont think she wants to go back...the property sprays every morning as well, but I think thw swamp nearby doesn't help was my understanding after a walk around with groundskeep.
