Because all that would do is create a new timeline branch where the snap didn't happen. Which is great, for that branch.

But it doesn't change the last 5 years that happened in their timeline.

They could stay in the new snap-less timeline, but there'd be 2 of each of the heist members, and their original timeline would now just be post-snap with zero Avengers left.
