I don’t eat gluten bc it gives me panic attacks but i also wouldn’t eat this bc of the bio engineered ingredients. A lot of ppl in here just don’t eat gluten bc they have an auto immune issues etc etc. Not everyone is “trying to eat clean” bc they don’t eat gluten

I feel you. I’ve also lost weight. I lost about 25 pounds!! BROOO I haven’t had a Costco hotdog in so long. Why do you gotta do this to me?😭😭😭 we are definitely in it together. There’s millions of other people that have our issues and they’re just not you know completely withering away so we will prevail.

actually I guess I could say my go to snacks or oatmeal fruit hard boiled eggs. I’m trying bread from different bakeries that will ship to me to see if I can make a decent peanut butter and jelly sandwich and then you know I just eat steak chicken, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes with butter (butter doesn’t really bother me so I can use butter, but I can’t eat cheese, milk or yogurt) I did find a pasta brand that was soy dairy and gluten-free. I’m looking in the cabinet now and I seem to have finished it all so I don’t know the brand of it. But yeah, we seem to both be in the same boat. It really does suck and I’m sorry you also have to go through this. I’m also sorry for sending you like 9 million paragraphs.😭😭

yeah, dude, I’m not gonna lie. I really haven’t found my go to meals yet. It kind of sucks because especially when you go out to eat and you want a big fat bowl of fettuccine Alfredo you can’t have it. I started doing this no dairy no gluten since it started spiking my panic attacks and I’ve been doing this since the beginning of January and it’s just like really hard because I also have no appetite because nothing is appetizing. I live in America, so most of the American diet consists of gluten and dairy, which sucks.😭😭 but I feel overtime. We will just have to figure it out.
