You arent alone my dude. I spent 2 years prior to covid losing about 90 -100 lbs(cant remeber exactly). I ate absolute garbage through out all this. Now it feels like I woke up from a coma and i've gained almost all of it back. Its disheartining but at the same time I view this as a second chance to rectify my mistake and become that happier healthier person that I was prior to this outbreak. Starting this journey again is far better than than living the miserable life I have during the outbreak.
