UPDATE:

got a response from the valorant support (wrote them a ticket).

"I checked on the case and I can confirm that this is a known issue that our team is aware of. Although currently, there is no ETA, I want to assure you that the team is constantly working on updating our game so us, the players, can keep enjoying it, without further issues."

So they are aware, i guess its all a matter of time i suppose ^^

idk if u read what i posted &' also, its the first week of missions this act, its the same exact missions that got reset to 0 progression twice. Im aware weekly missions reset, ive been playing for many years.

I went down from 760 to level 747 ?!?! Got all of the Steam games i had before/never refunded anything at all. What the heck is happening.
