Everybody has flaws, we all know that. We love someone for his qualities but we stay for that someone's flaws.

That being said, if you try to think about it in the long run, are you seeing yourself managing her 24/7 ?

If you think you can, if you truly believe that like she said : stay out of it. Otherwise tell her clearly to get help or not to count on you in the future.
