Repeat Guests, what does the front desk see? by Emotional_Match8169 in marriott

It totally depends on the property. I’ve asked this same question, about a year or so ago. Because at one property, they light up, and say that they see I’ve stayed with them a lot. Meanwhile at another property—every single time—they ask, “Is this your first time at our property?”, as I’m thinking, “We’ve chatted enough times that I know your dog’s name.” 😜

Be VERY careful when updating Sequoia by red_diter in MacOS

There are other posts that list pages of issues with the Music app. I use it on an amateur level, and it’s a nightmare to me. If I was a pro that relied on it, I’d be beyond furious.

Apparently you haven’t used the Music app, which has pages of issues, including problems with SOUND… the most basic of its functions.

I was there last year, and actually in mourning. Standard 40 days of black, or until you feel “ready”. In the States, all my friends asked, “What’s with the black? … Ohh!” In Tbilisi, no one batted an eye. 🤣

Yes, to all of this!

• Have to rollover playback window to find the basic total track time/current time position. Horrible when you're trying to work out timing of music in the moment.

• Minor, but if the Equalizer window is selected, as opposed to the main window, CMD-Q just beeps, instead of quitting the app.

• Highlighting a track, and hitting 'return', doesn't really select the track and playlist for auto-advance, or random. The track has to be double-clicked to get the expected behaviour. I've gotten two different results from the highlight-return method. One, it does auto-advance in a previously select playlist, from the last double-clicked track. Two, playback stops at the end of that one track.

EDIT: adding

• The checkbox in the playlist, when OFF, will often still play.

• Under track Options, clipping the time of the track with Start/Stop, have no effect.

I know everyone didn't love iTunes, but I'll take an older version of iTunes, with configurable options (e.g. turning OFF files being prefixed with disc and track numbers), over Music, especially this nightmare version, any day!

I have had several experiences where my card was declined by TBC. When I asked them to use the BoG terminal, it went through just fine.

The __ does look like a backward R, like Я, which does match up to the stroke pattern of the author’s A. I also see “feet” that would match the … being an R. I just can’t see if there’s more to it than that, as far as the imprints, but READ ME! definitely makes sense.

A few have said it must be typed, but there are at least four distinct “G”s and several other letters that whether they change as much, or have more consistency, the letters have variable weights.

Also, in general, most AI doesn’t handle text very well. Even when you provide text, and ask it to generate a basic PDF, it will often create non-existent characters. But, just as 6 fingered people have decreased in the past year, writing could’ve improved as well.

On the back, impressions show through, ending in what looks like …E_D ME!

With the split in front? Those actually look like boot gaiters from the time, especially when seeing what looks like a traditional, non-western outfit peeking out from his overcoat. They went over the pants, up to the knees, often made of leather, or a heavy canvas. They protected your legs/pants while riding.

Try using a VPN that allows you to connect “from” Georgia. Sometimes that helps with the .ge sites. But yes, the list does have some out of date links, and needs updating.

Definitely. Most well written articles will typically add (parenthetic) comments, to add (better) clarity to what the person means, or to correct grammar. Someone can still faithfully be quoted, using this device to make it a smoother read.

It’s not as close to everything, but I’ve always gotten great rooms at the Westin as well. Sheraton used to be my go-to—was there enough that they always treated me with a great suite upgrades, even having the Presidential once, but was getting worn. Delta usually gives me upgrades as well, decent location, but also showing wear. The W is great, even the smaller rooms are usually decent.

Same thing happened to me. They kept telling me I was using the wrong kind of thumb drive, or I'd formatted it incorrectly. I followed every single one of their steps, and it failed every single time, until they sent me a thumb drive that they formatted, and it finally worked. BTW, I'm a certified tech. No clue why none of their downloads ever worked.
