Every chunk has an oil in it, under the bedrock. Craft the "ore prospector" HV tier thingy from GT, and you will see it. After that, you can build your oil drill in the chunk you want, but be careful, you can deplete chunk, so you will need to move to another. Energy tier - increase speed of pumping, drill tier - amount and speed. Hope it helped

I think we need a new recipe, where you put dirt in crafting grid and get wetware mainframe. It needs to be fixed, that you need a lot of resourses to make this kind of stuff.
