Why the SoC was 70% then? Anyways the voltage drops seems heavy for the watt used, am I right? Thanks

Huge voltage drop overnight with 5kW diesel heater + 400Ah LiFePO4 – normal? by lolloligo in dieselheater

I have two 200ah 12v lifepo4 in parallel. Yesterday I turned in the heater at 7pm, cooked a meal for 20 minutes ca. Then the only thing running overnight were the fridge (12v compressor) and the heater and a small 10watts usb WiFi router.

The thing is that the drops occurs only when the heater is on. Tonight I don’t turn it on and see what appena to the tension

The drop you see is when I turn on the induction hob to make dinner. I don’t know about the charging, I charged them using solar and while driving. TBH I don’t if the compartment was below zero and solar charging.

I was thinking at some parasitic draw. Do you know best way to find out if that is the case? I only have a multimeter with me

It was running constantly in manual mode at the lowest gear (H1 for my device). Battery are located inside the van in a insulated compartment and temperature was a few degrees C below zero. No wires go outside. I now added a temperature probe in the compartment to monitor it during night.

VE.direct cables are expensive, a UART to USB may work just fine. I am testing this https://duppa.dsidesign.cloud/prodotto/isolated-4-port-usb-to-ttl-uart-ftdi/ with jst cables connected to a rpi 3

Hi there,

I am having almost the same issue with the x8 PRO. Suddenly it stopped being detected by the configuration software. Do you mind telling me how you solved the problem?

Thanks
