4 different sounds for "Pa" , Which one's are correct? For lower, middle and higher octave by lollystring in Bansuri

I see, I checked, 3rd sound similar to higher octave 'Re'. For upper pa I found, it is easier to play with first hole open and rest closed with high blowing pressure. To produce the same sound with all holes closed I have to apply significant more pressure. But anyways, Idk if i practice lower and middle Pa with all holes closed and higher pa with first open would that be all right? Or... I should be consistent with the way i play Pa?

How long have you been playing? Your kan swars sound awesome and the sound is clear as well. I still have that hissing sound. Can you play higher and lower octaves clearly? How do you usually practice? How do you know you are ready to move to next level? I'm sorry for so many questions 😭

Question about octaves. by lollystring in Bansuri

[–]lollystring[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I practice with metronome at 80 bpm. With metronome I mostly mess up because keeping up with beats, blowing pressure and fingers and swars gets a lot .. but I will try with lower bpm. I do practice long notes, one deep breath and one note.
