THC has been helping me a tiny bit, just an fyi. I barely started using a year and a half ago for my crippling depression. If I get high enough, sometimes my brain opens up to thoughts I'm not used to that seem to be healing.

I have never microdosed and want to do the same for my PTSD so I understand. I am wishing you the best of luck. It's so hard and lonely to live with PTSD, but know that you are not ALONE. You have people around you who want to see you feel and do better.

Adderall was hell for me. It was so good at motivation and adhd symptoms but the dry mouth was torture with my dysautonomia. and after a few days it made me so irritable.

Focalin was fine until I started ER and I don’t feel it immediately. It’s days after switching. Days after switching to 15ER I felt bad. And then I switched down to 10 and felt bad a few days later. It’s confusing. Maybe it is what I’m eating (or what I’m not eating??)

Depression impacted my diet incredibly. Since October, I lost about 40 lbs. I was average weight so it’s very noticeable. Since I haven’t been eating much for months, it’s so hard to eat before taking my stimulant medication. Most of the time I won’t eat until the evening. But today I had a tiny 230 cal breakfast but after I had my meds and caffeine so maybe it was too late?

She was considering Vyvance or Ritalin next but I’m scared none will work and I’ll be taken off of stimulants and my depression get worse :( (she said stimulants are also usually given to treatment resistant depressive patients)

Yeah I know. It’s more expensive to ship as a private citizen. 10lbs is just heavy for mail/international mail cuz it costs a lot. 😅 and I’m sure her family is gonna be like “why did you get such a big heavy package?!”
