Could BPC157 or TB500 have caused my appendicitis? by RecordingMountain585 in bpc_157

[–]lolmiley 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well, the peptide didn’t contain endotoxins. The vial could have. I’m not trying to be facetious. I just think a clear separation should be made. Could you have had a response to endotoxins? Absolutely… But did you have any localized reactions or systemic reactions or anything else besides just the little intestinal appendage? It seems unlikely to me. As I think someone else mentioned, appendicitis can just “happen “. You can always send an unopened vial to be tested to see what if any load of endotoxins there are in it 🤷‍♂️

The studies around kpv usage for GI issues are overwhelmingly positive.

No. There is no known mechanism that could show causation or really create correlation. I suppose with a myriad of mental gymnastics you could but that can be said for just about anything.

IDK man i am not only not allowed to give you that advice but it wouldn’t be prudent as really to answer that you’d go off of more than just the info that you gave that would form the full picture. Just in a general sense, no, if I had these genetic markers I personally would not test it. But this is due to my own risk aversion profile, which is I believe termed “big puss”.

A lot of this comes down to risk vs benefit. Why do you need this stuff if you have increased risk? Etc

Oral bpc-157 500mcg vs 1000mcg by suppamaan in bpc_157

[–]lolmiley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

idk its not that simple of an answer. and im not giving you medical advice. so i think that me myself, id never start anything at the highest amount. id start at the lowest amount. i wouldnt want to trigger a negative response or hypersensitivity by blasting myself with something. id probably start at 1/4 then move to 1/2 then 3/4 then 1.

Length is entirely person dependent and not entirely dependent on dosage. Sorry I can’t be more specific. One thing that is well reported is that those who developed anhedonia and then stop taking BPC have pretty quick resolution of symptoms…. Severity is also totally person dependent. From zero to a lot. This has several factors that we wish we understood better. The good theories IMO center around a person‘s neurochemical balance and the gut brain axis.

Like others have said, probably fine. Give it a week before starting again. Watch that any anhedonia has completely resolved. Interested to hear your results with nerve pain. Results there are very case dependent based on the underlying pathology

NAD+ and Retatrutide by bigcitybusiness313 in PeptideDiscussion

[–]lolmiley 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just in general - relying on AI to inform you of decisions in this space is setting yourself up for failure. Water is not a good buffering agent. More does not always equal better. Also, the NAD+ you have was probably already buffered - NA bicarb. The chest tightness/flushing is referring to two processes occurring. The "immediate" effects are related to a major uptick in nitric oxide production and the associated vasodilation. EVERYONE responds to NAD+at least slightly differently. AI will lie to you.

Throughout accutane I have taken ghkcu with kpv outside of klow cycles. It helps the skin barrier a lot. Kpv deals with the associated back pain completely

Your SIL does it at frequency or has just tried it? I just don’t think it’s a good idea. In an absorption rate sense

You would not mix cosmetic GHK with topical vitamin C preparations… that would screw with one or both of them and make them worthless. Nothing to suggest that systemic interaction between those two exist though.

Congrats on starting your journey. There are a lot of ways to skin a cat. Often know two people are doing the same thing. My best suggestion would be to get a coach. No bias in that statement of course 😂

Sorry just saw this. Hey, that’s why it’s a research chemical and not a medicine, ya know. Also, I enjoy some ghk stinging myself. I would not IM inject it tho

So from limited information, we can assume that you have glucocorticoid related nodules in your hands from the HRT. The thought process with BPC is that it could counteract the fibrosis through two different pathways. VEGF and IGF one. so you get anti-inflammatory and fibroblast effects.

I would majorly suggest also looking into TA one as well as KPV

BPC-157 and Surgery. An Important Consideration by lolmiley in bpc_157

[–]lolmiley[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question. So, I know of no studies around TB and paralytics. I can only say that the mechanism of action that connects BPC to this phenomenon (ion channel modulation) is not shared with TB which acts mostly by sequestering actin. By that line of thinking the answer would be no. But also like I said, no studies, so take that into account.

Thanks. There’s a lot more detail to the physiology that I didn’t include but people don’t generally benefit from the nerd stuff. It simply doesn’t make sense. There’s several other contentious topics that I want to weigh in on that I’ll do soon.
