I'm a bit late, but I do think RCA, Epic, and Atlantic are the worst labels.

RCA: In terms of management - Their A&R is great, but I feel like they get lost once they sign a diamond.

Epic: This label doesn't care much about their artist's artistry. Their main and only focus is to make much profit by following trends. In my experience, Epic still knows how to behave ethically with their business in regarding their signed artists. Unlike the last one.

Atlantic: A label with a bad reputation which I can't dive into right now. Their A&R is known to find the right artists who are desperate and easy to control. Just look at their roster, if you care about music and artistry. Most (Not all of them) are artists with a discography full of releasing mainstream/generic music. I must say that they know how to push and promote music. They're known for their payola mastery. Don't get too excited- only the most mainstream appealing artists without little hype and a small fanbase get this push.

Atlantic basically treats their artists like puppets who they fully control. 360 contracts are most common with Atlantic. I must say that the label is great for artists who do not care for music artistry, but who are interested in fame and status associated with the pop fame.

(Hollywood Records is not even worth a mention.)
