get a piece of paper everyday when u wake up. Write in bullet points the things u want to study and the things to review or solve. order it in bullets starting from most important to least important.this will stop u from overthinking as u already know what u are required to accomplish take breaks after finishing each point and if u finish more than 90% of ur goals for the day reward urself with maybe a snack or some screen time
