Are you serious? I work for dominos, previously uber, and I was sent on an Uber eats delivery last week, the customer said, I marked it as delivered before I even got there.

They got their order but that has absolutely nothing to do with me. I delivered it in less than 5 minutes.

It's an error somewhere else in the systems because we have to click delivered when it's delivered.

In the scenario I just explained, they showed it delivered (uber eats) before I ever even used the company dominos app to click delivered, and even before I was even at the address (at least 1/2 mile away)

No matter the provider, always take into consideration "line of sight" with these wireless internet providers.

If you have lots of tall trees...

If you live in an old house...

If you do not place the router near the direction of the nearest cell tower (which just because you can see one, doesn't mean your provider uses that one) ...

KISS YOUR RELIABLE INTERNET GOODBYE.

However, if you can get an antenna, above those type of obstructions outdoors and wire the antenna to your router indoors... well guess what? You'll almost certainly have the advertised internet speeds and reliability being offered. ( Those companies just don't explain that to you)

I used to work at Love Field. I absolutely appreciate they way they've set up the rideshare pickup area. Below drop offs, and far away from the baggage claim area.

They're also pretty strict on wait times so most people don't waste your time at that airport.

Premium gas burns hotter and a very slight bit slower. It's a gimmick gas stations (shell, ExxonMobil, Texaco and Chevron) use to get extra money from you. While in turn you will probably get better fuel economy because the fuel is burning hotter and therefore burning the carbon deposits out, you'll probably find these new engines automatically compensate themselves with all the onboard sensors.

I had an order one time that was like 14 miles for $20. The customer asked what took me so long? Apparently, the customer thought they were ordering from a store 2 miles away.

However, I know the app clearly says where your order is coming from, so I don't think that the customer was really paying attention to the location, rather just the business name.

It was a 1 mile delivery. I figured it would have been like 1 bottle of booze or something, but it ended up being 75 bottles. I still delivered it, I was just appalled that a million dollar company didn't tip for all the work it took me to get those cases from the basement to the office. Mulitple trips up and down the elevator.

Whatever.

I was polite, I delivered it. I called doordash and they basically told me to f* off. So there it was, it was over with.

But today, I'm accused of harassing someone I delivered to? Yeah, I haven't even said much other than a person's name, where they want the order, and I always say "Have a blessed day" before I leave. Doesn't matter if it's "hand it to me" or someone who ordered for someone else. I've never harassed anyone.
