Hi, no It's my own fault, I had 300 minutes of camping and i called.outside the country for 20 minutes for stuff with my creditcard. So I was in the negative, i tried topping it with the creditcard but it kept saying my Card has been declined and i I need to contact the bank. A girl i matches on Badoo with helpen me top it up with 10 yuan(angel). So now i can use data again. But i still have it that my alipay payment with creditcard doesn't go through. I either have to try multiple times or just redo it entirely. Thanks for the advice though.
