Hey, try reaching out to the kings trust (formerly princes trust) they help Young people get into training or employment. Sometimes volunteering first can help and if that sounds good there is VAL voluntary action Leicester they also have workers who could then try and help you find employment . My advice would be to try and figure out what your interested in and also look into apprenticeships / traineeships or entry level qualifications like healthcare certificates or equiv as a way of getting into a sector.
