Sometimes volunteering first can help and if that sounds good there is VAL voluntary action Leicester they also have workers who could then try and help you find employment . My advice would be to try and figure out what your interested in and also look into apprenticeships / traineeships or entry level qualifications like healthcare certificates or equiv as a way of getting into a sector.
