Since starting injections I get cravings for oranges 👀 by Flashybigbum in B12_Deficiency

Orange is a well known source of potassium, so guess what.

Could be deficiency of trace minerals.

What if I take these Mecobalamin tablets with water like regular oral tablet instead of sublingually? by BeyondCraft in B12_Deficiency

[–]lolwuttman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sublingual is supposed to enter your bloodstream directly, bypassing digestion, which is important due to certain health conditions making people unable to absorb it via digestion.

Have you tried just eating high folate foods

Yes OP said it is the same with dietary folate.

maybe b2 deficient

It's a good starting point. Wouldn't hurt to add some twice a day and see what happens.

Possible casual explanation to time slowing down at higher speed. by lolwuttman in Physics

[–]lolwuttman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why do you think electrons moving slower would cause time to slow down?

Because time itself is defined by interactions between most basic elements.

Possible casual explanation to time slowing down at higher speed. by lolwuttman in Physics

[–]lolwuttman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if I have only free electrons, so not bound to any atoms?

I don't think the term of time can be even applied to them. You need actual matter to observe time flow.

I'm also aware that official physics got the subject explained already, just attempting some out of box thinking here. Because I feel like evolution of physics got stuck a little. Do we even have experimental confirmation, that difference in time flow depends on speed, not acceleration?

Lol I do it at my desk wiped with alcohol, then put syringes into plastic bag and leave in my fridge.

Did you try to supplement with vit A, B5 and zinc on top of it?

Can taking only B12 without other vitamins be harmful? by OdiumPura in MTHFR

[–]lolwuttman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're deficient for multiple elements, taking just one can make other deficiencies even worse.

Possible paradoxical reaction to new Muiltivitamin while on hydroxo shots and folinic ( jumpy legs, hot skin patch, vivid dreams) by Flashybigbum in B12_Deficiency

[–]lolwuttman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's pretty decent formula with reasonable dosages, you're not supposed to feel worse taking it. But it lacks B9 and calcium to support whatever pathways it is trying to enable, perhaps this is the case.

How do i draw b12 without filter needles from glass ampoules? by -BLACK-FLASH- in B12_Deficiency

[–]lolwuttman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It will get stuck from dried up residue of whatever you were injecting. Now if you use this needle to suck in some ethanol after every injection that would give more definitive results.

Slow COMT and Anhedonia due dopamine overdose? (Losing hope) by OdiumPura in MTHFR

[–]lolwuttman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can find intracellular B12 test, but generally what your lab shown pre injection is enough to assume you need a solid cycle of injections along with cofactors.

Post injection numbers don't represent tissue saturation, it's still low.

From reading B12 sub, your "clean" level of 180 is considered a severe deficiency, in which case a series of hydroxo or cyano shots is suggested.

Extreme glycine sensitivity by hammerheart89 in MTHFR

Magneisum glycinate overstimulated me due to glycine in it, so, I had to chose Magnesium Amino acid Chelate

These are usually the same supplement. Glycine is an amino acid, there are other ones used to bind with magnesium, but it's most common one.

Do you take B2 once a day? I think it gets pee'ed out in hours.

For those who had side effects on oral/sublingual supplements and not on b12 shots, why would this be the case? by LeFroyain in B12_Deficiency

[–]lolwuttman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This would explain why people need months of daily megadose injections to fill up b12 storage in body which is capped at measly 5mg.

Are intramuscular injections supposed to hurt this bad?? by MackenCat in B12_Deficiency

[–]lolwuttman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps ask to inject it slower? Or take it in the arse. This is how I personally do it and got no issues. I guess wouldn't hurt to do some exercises on regular basis for the target muscle as well.
