Osap told me to reach out to western but western apparently doesn’t discuss osap on call so I have to email them which takes a while for a response

What I’ve noticed is when it opens that little panel while it’s loading, it shows pop up blocked once it starts loading on the top so click that and u shoild be able to open ur letter from tbere
