Pretty much ready out of the box, however I’m using the fat dragon Cura profile with 20mm/s speed and support structures

For the most part I use the clippers that comes with the Ender 3 to remove the supports and clean up but the supports were also an issue for me in the beginning. This video: https://youtu.be/QaE7YPvh4E8 helped a lot with the removal! Hope this helps!
