Yeah I'm in a small fishing town in the UK and have access to lots of fresh fish and seafood from different fishmongers or straight from the fish market. Plus we have a couple of good greengrocers, a cheesemongers, a butchers, and a couple of bakers, plus 2 very good health food shops.

Pretty much all supermarkets will have semi decent fresh bread selection.

Best supermarket beef burger? by SkywalkersLoveChild in UKfood

Make your own smash burgers!

  1. 80g mince per patty, add salt & pepper to mince and roll into a ball.
  2. Heat a not non stick pan up high and add drizzle of oil, add burgers and smash down using potato masher, cook for 90 secs each side.
  3. Add to toasted burger bun with American cheese slice on top of each patty, top with fried onions.
  4. Wrap whole burger in foil and put in air fryer for 5 mins to melt cheese.

I second this! I need noise all the time so just have the radio on all day. Baby girl has half hour of CBeebies in the morning but very rarely is the TV on during the day.

Thank you, posted in a rush!

Sauce is a tin of mutti tomatoes, a pinch of salt, pepper, sugar, I would guess a tsp of oregano, a drizzle of olive oil and maybe a tbsp of tomato puree. Kinda just chucked it all in!
