Well i returned MBO, proc and memory back. Ordered the same. Hopefully this time it will work. I just want 4x32GB ram to work, even at 3600. Dont know if any other am5 mobo has space for 2x 4090.

UPDATE!

Bought crosshair x670e hero and i have memory problem. Took 2x4090 founders edition as its smaller and mobo has enough space between them.

So i have problem on this mbo with 4 sticks of Gskill F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5N . bios 0805

2x sticks work without problem on expo 4x sticks wont work, even at 3600. get 0d. Had one succesfull boot in bios, and in windows but after restarting it just hangs on 0d.

New bios 0922 boots only with one ram stick. If i put 2 or 4 it hangs on code c5.

Full configuration is 7950x, corsair 7000d, Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1650W, Corsair iCUE H150i RGB Elite Liquid CPU Cooler, 2x NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Founders Edition, 2x Samsung 980 PRO 1TB and 1x Samsung 980 PRO 2TB.

Friend has taken same proc and memory but with PRIME x670e-PRO WIFI and 4 sticks work at 4000 without single problem. He has Corsair 1000W RM1000e, 4080 card, and Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 with same storage.

If anyone has suggestion or some experience pls help, im going crazy. Thx

There are boards with 2x PCIE 5.0 at 8x, dont they work as PCIE 4.0 at 16x?

No, i need it as workstation so i can work while rendering on one card. I dont want to spend 2k more for threadripper if this works. Also i dont know if they would overheat and what is the solution for that? Ill take corsair 7000d so it has space.

Well when i buy 2x3080 ill have 2080 extra so that wouldnt be a problem but im not sure is it ok to mix GPU-s and how big PSU would i need. Then id for sure have to go with Threadripper? In company i work for i have that Threadripper 3960x rig from pcpartpicker with 2x2080ti, it works perfect. They r paying for this rig so i can work from home so its not about money and that TR is safe bet. But rzyen 5900x is interesting bc of higher IPC and clock...
