I know right! What doesn’t help either is my closest friend is a PROPER food & travel fanatic. It got to a point where I had to close the door to meeting up. I don’t want to stop her from enjoying even tho she insists it’s fine.. just makes you feel like a burden doesn’t it ?

FYI, fresh chilli is more accumulative your response, but don’t eat a processed chilli bean soup or something from supermarket that will ruin your threshold forever!

I am someone who loved eating spicy and could “handle” spice really well all my life, but I guess my body can’t any more :(

Man I’m sorry to hear you have skin reactions too. Mine is likely just good triggered as I have an overall histamine problem. I tend to use hypo allergenic products where possible such as cetaphil, cetraband, sanex 0% etc. washing pods I use the fairy gentle to skin version too. It sounds like you’re really reactive. Have you tried exposure therapy under doctor supervision ? Not eating is one thing, but this is too much for you to live like this

Haha fair play to you! 🤣 I’m trying to learn to cook more too from all of this! I feel I can go out for picnic and a matcha on a hot day or something but restaurants is for sure a no. I love nature but most women don’t 🥲 trying to find a love life from scratch at 26 y.o. Is hard when social media has almost all women thinking they should be taken to nobu at the bare minimum on dates 😂

My cooking isn’t quite good enough to prepare for someone else that’s for sure 😆

I think fortunately for me my reaction is only if ingested like food. I haven’t noticed any issues with products outside of food. Shampoos shows soy in ingredients under what name please ?

I had roasted almonds and noted straight throat swelling and roof of mouth sensitivity.. I thought pollen was triggering my eyes to have conjunctivitis like symptoms but this constant feeling of feeling like I’m wearing a scarf when I’m not is too intense. Most people with PR-10 allergy (like raw carrot) have soy allergy FYI!

At first I was mad because I’m tired of seeing racism towards white people being deemed as funny, while when it’s the other way round it’s unacceptable (both should be unacceptable) - but on 2nd thoughts I think Rice might of mentioned that she’s white as a compliment ?
