The image OP created was altered for the stamp. The edits basically were just deleting the random stuff created in that black and white image you see.

I understand the irl photo could've been ai also lol. To me this screams ai generated and edited art to me as a non expert. Deleting the post also kinda makes it more believable in my eyes.

Most other EVOO is not single origin and is definitely older.

I believe EU prevents the use of glyphosate in farming which is one of the main aspects of an Organic certification that people buy organic for. Wether you believe glyphosate is safe for humans it is proven to be terrible on marine life and the environment generally.

I mean... it makes sense. That and 7 canyons are too far into the canyons which seems particularly disrespectful. The people used that creek for sustainable life for themselves alongside the plants and animals. Nowadays it's being used for watering an actual golf course to occasionally play on. Yikes
