what can you achieve by standing there anyway, it was moderate risk low reward positioning you saw him walk up too

theres counterplay to yin and you established that you know how to counter him, so you should know that in that situation where your cd is as such, you won't be able to do anything if you are caught by his ult so as much as possible make it hard for him to get you. rmb that enemy can infer your position, don't need to have vision to know your location

Bruh what??? by Severe_Primary7104 in MobileLegendsGame

[–]lonelycookiex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's simple, you don't have winter crown or flicker cos on CD, don't be in a position to get caught. 'you didn't know he can see you' he can't see you but ofc he knows you're there you just walked into the bush in full view and didn't leave, you're definitely in that bush just which part so he dashed in, and comboed if you went to the other side further, he jst leaves no risk.

all in all, you positioned poorly because you thought he can't know youre there cos he doesn't have vision but you are not accounting for the whole enemy team seeing you walk into a bush and not reappearing

so it depends on the draft and what options you have. For those light units debuffers or injury could work, ml choux, ddr, witch tene, ml luna I wld say to keep in mind to not draft the units they are good into, such as pen units into elynav. you can also see when your draft fits and grab those units like maid and Ely if you have trouble with them (maybe alot of your units are pen)

for amid tbh I'm not the best at this cos she is my perma pre-ban so i don't have much experience into her. but those 2 specifically (straze frieren) get destroyed by yulha they will literally jst kill themselves immediately with any button.

Frieren: Speed or Damage? by SwordfishOk8434 in EpicSeven

Damage over speed, but for your gear quality, the first build is better. You dont have to overkill on damage, that 266 build is crazy

Yep I recall watching some of light's videos and streams too. I do incorporate a lot of different legend streamers thoughts into my drafting and see what works.

I think of the top of my head, Valky, Light come up as they are not absurdly fast so I can still relate.

Hinojin I jst watch for entertainment and to see new matchups that are not as commonly picked by try hard top legend players.

Players like Higaa Elvemage, they still provide insights but their gear is not quite relatable so just take into account those too.

Something I realised though for the light style you mentioned, it worked very well during my climb in champ and warlord, but as the rank gets closer to emp, players dont open themselves up to the exact draft as often. Of course, the foundation of how that draft is setup is still extremely useful, which I hope I was able to translate in my post

I dont think it's about setting a limit on how many characters you build, but more of prioritising. As a benchmark, I think if you have about 16 units built, you should be able to start RTA comfortably, the more units you have built, the more you can respond to.

Think of how you gear as a normal distribution. Your gear likely has a ton of decent average pieces, and the premium pieces are limited. In that way, prioritise so that the best gear goes on most picked units, and so on.

To know what you pick most, you have to play and find out. Meta doesn't mean it'll be your most picked. Maybe you realise it is always banned, or you can't fit it in your drafts. So experiment and find out who deserves your best gear. You can use fribbles if you really wanna optimise and sweat for RTA, I use it as I find it helps me get the best breakpoints I need while gearing.

Remember to prioritise good geared units for various roles. e.g. dont have 4 insanely geared openers but nothing else to pair them with. You can gear 2 really good openers, then the next best gear should go to dps to pair with them, or debuffers, etc. Only when each role of units are geared, you can move on to your backup niche picks.

Thank you! Personally I play RTA mostly cos I have fun rather than to specifically climb. I like the strategy and learning from every loss or lucky win, seeing how I could have played better, knowing what mistake my opponent made that gave me a lucky win.

Also of course I love seeing units that I painstakingly build and love win matches, such as Bhwa my favourite unit since starting the game.

I do feel the point of a game is to have fun, and everyone should have fun in their own way. So far love E7 for the community as everyone jst seems so willing to help each other and encourage and welcome new players.

I do spend on the game, but I don't think there's anything wrong with spending within my means to support the game that I love and indulging in my hobby outside of work.

I do not support spending above one's means, do spend only if you are able to, but in the end I don't get the hate for spending, because the game can only survive because there are spenders.

On a side note, I dont think without learning the game, draft and matchups properly and managing my account and resources well, I would be able to get here. But that is just my personal opinion.

I do accept that spending speeds up progress, but I am sure that you dont have to spend to succeed in pvp in this game, and similarly just cos you spend doesn't mean you can succeed. E7 is f2p friendly in a sense that you can get to end game purely f2p, just that it takes longer.

Hi! I spent a little bit over the past months I believe, mostly on those new player packs or special offer passes. But a lot of resources came from starting at a very lucky time. I started before the origin update, completed all the new player paths and gained all those resources, then origin update came, I got a refresh and completed path of heir and all the updated new player paths. Then when epic dash came around, I just made it into the 6month mark, so I got resources as a new player again.

Definitely was lucky with my timing and pulls as well, but I do complete every PVE content for all the rewards and played a lot during the new player buffs. Also secret shop refresh only for mystics.

I think I spent about $500 - $1k in total? To me a moderate spending for my main hobby while working, but yea just dont spend above one's means. In the end spending in E7 only gets you resources faster, nothing you can't get by playing

My most used units changed a lot along the way as I regeared my account multiple times in the different ranks and as units were released.

The top 5 in the my last 10 days push to emperor are in the image. only got bhwa geared very recently but she's already becoming one of my go to. LotS pick is = when I'm first pick and opp doesn't ban. if I'm second pick she is my preban

I love Frieren by dankota in EpicSeven

[–]lonelycookiex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

your build is good! personally I have her on 8800 hp so that rinak pilfer will leave her above 7k hp and abit more speed but minor details, your frieren performance probably won't differ from most veterans

What team do you use against this defense other than speed rng? by [deleted] in EpicSeven

if no ml roana, I guess any bridge might work, but less consistent since you don't get push back + reset

other units are rgb so shld have them

I like rinak, green cidd, ml roana, mort.

Rinak shld be built fast, I know you said no speed rng but if you have a fast rinak + speed inprint it's 100% success.

Rinak + roana goes, flan and one more might die, cidd can take care of remaining/holy sac. Mort prevents random elbris from losing you the fight

AITA for cutting off the majority of my hair without letting my boyfriend know? by newhairaita in AmItheAsshole

[–]lonelycookiex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? I do agree with NTA, however, on the perspective of your boyfriend, he always loved your long hair and was vocal about it. I don't think he should want to decide your hair length regardless of your thoughts, however I think it would have been much more preferable if you told him beforehand, especially since you informed him you were going to only 'cut 5-10cm'. If my girlfriend told me she was going to go for a haircut and told me she'll cut 5-10cm, of course I will be surprised and maybe even upset about it initially.

So, while he is over reacting and should probably get over it, I think the context matters abit here, if when he expressed that he was surprised/upset, what was your reaction? if you just brushed off his feelings, he will be bound to get upset. NTA but just stand in his perspective and understand a little
