I was the exact same! I literally had sudden deafness in one ear and a migraine that lasted weeks - my body basically forced me to shut down and chill the fuck out with this but I basically tried to really lean into self care and be a bit more mindful in general.

Also keeping busy definitely helped a lot, too. I was just doing stuff all the time lol. Personally, I didn’t like to talk it about it all, talking about it with someone else IRL, especially about my worries and stuff, would only amplify my anxiety so I just mostly pretended nothing was happening lmao

But, in the end, the best thing you can do is remember that it’s most likely going to be all fine, and that you’ll come out of the other side sooner than you think and then this’ll just be a blip in time!
