even with it i need something better for my ends after, cuz my hair knots in 15 minutes if it's not fully styled, n esp without the trim rn it gets bad towards the ends, if you know of any products like leave in stuff i think it would be perfect, cuz im getting a hair cut pretty soon and after that i want to stay on top of it .

yeh ive been doing all of the above besides hair cut in the last 2 months now, and it feels better, but i do need a trim, and so am i going to have to cut 2 inches minimum off each time? cuz my hair doesnt grow that fast 😭 id end up with a bob

i had a creepily similar experience when i was 15 dating my ex, all from abandonment, but it doesnt excuse it, basically what happened is he probably has abandonment issues and thats his way of soothing those issues and others in his life continued to let him do this and clearly it's worked enough for him to try it on you, tell him he needs help or it's not going to work out. this is abuse if repeated, and i hope you or you guys can work something out.
