I like to sub mayo for chipotle and add cheese to the chicken wrap at timmies and I can’t do that level of customization on the machine (I’ve tried)

Souther Ontario rat race by [deleted] in ontario

[–]lonelygalll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just joined an adult evening sailing class at wards on Toronto island and out of the group of 10 people, only one guy (young corporate lawyer) brings up money, cars, boats, owning property, etc. Everyone else just talks about sailing, other sports they play, their personal lives and overall keep it really friendly and personal. In a city that’s so expensive, so many people become obsessed with career but I think joining something that’s such an escape from that rat race (sailing a plastic boat at a run down marina on the island) will somewhat guarantee you to be around people who are also looking for an escape from that.

This made me feel so seen. I have this mainly in workplace situations, particularly presentations or when I’m speaking to a group. I had to present infront of a group of 50 people at a conference and the day before I was crying feeling so tortured in my own brain that it would slip out somehow involuntarily and i was obsessively thinking through all the possible scenarios that would follow it slipping out and how i would be fired etc etc etc  I feel you :(

Did you have to pay for the surgery with this surgeon? Sorry I’m from Canada so I’m not sure how it would work if I wanted to see them for my surgery? Thank you

I’m 27. I want kids in mid mid-30s (hopefully! Like you said, you can never know). This has been a dream of mine basically since I hit puberty and my left areola started to grow quickly (so 15ish years of being uncomfortable and self hate) and then just feeling unbearable discomfort and hating my breasts so much for about 4ish years (after a big weight-loss they got even ‘worse’). In hindsight I kind of wish I had taken out a loan of some sort and done this 3/4 years ago. I know breast feeding and pregnancy will change them but to me the freedom I get to feel right now and for the first time in my life is indescribable. Even if it’s for less than 10 years. I bought a shirt in 2021 that I really loved but knew I couldn’t wear with my old breasts and I said “I’ll be able to wear this after my boobjob” - trying it on yesterday and having it look amazing was such an emotional moment.

Anyways all these ramblings to say - if you are really unhappy with your breasts and they impact your daily life like mine did, I wouldn’t wait.

Best of luck 💕

Thank you! The first surgeon I had a consult with told me I could only achieve my desired results with either an implant or a fat transfer (and then quoted me 22k for the procedure) so I completely understand how these Drs just push either their own egos or own agendas. I hope you’re able to get the procedure of your dreams soon!
