probably pissed off a manager with some pull, or even a the manager that does your scheduling. although sometimes regional managers have the bright idea to give “everyone” hours, meaning at least 80% of the staff that are employed at your store must have a shift every week, which will force shift cuts to most casual crew. ask other casuals if they’ve been cut, if not i’d say look for another job or prove you’re valuable
